		<description><![CDATA[The latest ICQ update has me seeing red. I mean really, what with an increase in spam in the email, to telemarketers, you would think big outfits like ICQ would produce a product, that isn't riddled with spyware, or attempts to make changes to key settings in your browser, without giving you a choice. Yet that is exactly what ICQ does, so beware, because it wasn't IE that let it in, but the so called safe solution to IE, FIREFOX. Makes you wonder what else it lets into your computer, when you are browsing.]]></description>
