Making wholesale changes or even just one change, for the entire site can be tedious, if not down right time consuming. Site Wide changes are mainly the adding of some design element, that impact your entire site, but if you plan ahead, by using CSS and SSI, in the beginning, those complete changes, can be done in a matter of minutes.

We forget, at times, that our sites are stores. Fact is that we run a business, and need to always keep in mind, that our customers have to be able to find us, but also be able to shop inside. Cluttering up the front door to your site, with useless links to other sites, or loud garish warnings, isn't going to get customers rushing inside. Oh, the odd few may click just to take a quick look, but they won't snoop, they won't shop. Your most important page, is really the front page, your index page. To ignore its commercial value, is like your favorite clothing store, having no sign, and having the windows all blacked out. Clutter makes your site look unprofessional, and worse, uninviting. Proper use of text, graphics, and location of links, is vital to success, but most of us don't even think about that, let alone do anything about it.
