Life is tough enough, but spammers seem to make it just a bit harder. I really don’t like those who spam, specially when it takes my most valuable resource, TIME, and makes me waste it, protecting my sites from them.
Using HTACCESS can help, by denying access to selected IP addresses. ( see my post, Spam Wars, Here )
The real problem is gathering the IP addresses. To that end, below is a list of IP addresses, that I have mined from one of my sites, that has received a large amount. I use an htaccess file to deny them access, which I placed in the root of my main site.
You are welcome to copy them, and use them in a preventive strike, if you wish. I strongly suggest that you take the time, to set up an excel worksheet, to record your own list of IP’s, so you can easily add them to your own htaccess file.
I will update this list, as warranted. In other words, when more spam comes, which it will, I’ll add the IPs to this list.
