I hate to go to some webmaster area, find free content, download it and then pick & choose what to do. Worse if the site updates often, because it means making a regular journey to the webmaster area, finding what is new, then going through the whole routine.

I am curious.
If you are a sponsor, how do you treat new affiliates?
Do you send them a welcome email, that lists their sign up particulars, including password and username? Or do you simply just enjoy the bling they send you, and if they don’t send you any traffic, do you bother to inquire why?
