Just how free is Open Source Programs, when it takes hiring someone to set it up or alter the layout? How free is it, if you hide the instructions so it is nearly impossible to find, or to use? Then naturally you spin off in selling those who use the program, books on how to do things, that should be included with the program, or at least be visible for easy location.

I really hate any software that DEMANDS I UPGRADE, and shows its arrogance by not only making such a stupid ass alert notice, but then denies you access to the program features UNTIL YOU DO AS THEY DEMAND.
